FIVE STREAMS OF THE EMERGING CHURCH

Scot McKnight's article in today's Christianity Today online looks to be worth a read.

After defining the movement using the definitions and characteristics from Bolger/Gibbs Emerging Churches, he goes on to describe five steams: prophetic, postmodern, praxis-oriented, post-evangelical, and political.
